I do not appreciate being charged for "extra mileage" when all I did was drive to the gas station to FILL UP THE GAS TANK. This is unacceptable and cheap. Would not recommend and will be using other hauling companies from here on out.

Michael WI was using the app to check in but it's a bad service spot there , but they don't have free wifi to use so I had to wait on to talk to a representative on the phone to both pick up and drop off the truck. The app continually had issues as well when using it. Please consider customer wifi so after hour pick ups and drop offs have service to use the app.

Kristin MMy brother needed a trailer for a tractor he surprisingly bought. He called as I had the truck. My brother called me for my location as I was driving to meet him in Siloam springs Ar . I had just left Rogers entering Lowell Ar . He said he was calling for a trailer . Hearing this I pulled over. After not hearing from him in 10 min I decided to call around . Immediately a young man took my call got my location and gave me several choices. I was on my way. I found out that my brother had been told that all trailers were out everywhere. He was shocked that not only did I find one but having several choices.
