I was charged for the wrong mileage. I called and the representative acknowledged that he accidentally put in the wrong mileage and he would fix it and send a new receipt. I have not yet received a new receipt so I assume the error has not been fixed. I was charged for 8 extra miles. I would love to have this fixed.

Glenn CSo disappointed. Moving is already stressful enough on its own. We ordered a 15’ truck with 2 dollys and 2 dozen furniture pads. We did the self check in option as the store wasn’t open yet. Upon inspecting the truck it clearly had not been cleaned and then we checked the back and there were no dollys or furniture pads inside. Luckily my movers had one and my apartment building let us use theirs but no furniture pads to protect my items. After returning the truck I went inside the store and waited close to 30 minutes for the attendant who was helping another customer with their truck. It’s clear he had no idea what he was doing. It’s finally my turn and he tries to tell me I have to wait so he can help the customers in line behind me. I’m assuming he felt since they were buying something and not using uhaul they come first, absolutely not I’ve been waiting patiently this whole time. Again he had no idea how to refund the items that were not supplied as promised. I had to speak to someone on his cell phone to explain to them what happened and he promised someone would fix it that day and to leave my information. They did not fix it as promised and I had to call customer service to get the items refunded. DO NOT rent from here if you want to protect your peace.
Alyssa RStaff were very friendly and helpful. However the uhaul app is barely functional and the web interface uhaul staff use was incredibly slow. It took almost an hour to check out. The company needs to do a lot of work on its IT infrastructure.
Robert BThe pickup process took a full hour for me and every other customer who arrived to pick up a truck that day. The app was not working to allow for check-in, and the person working at the beer and wine store did not know how to handle check-out. I waited an hour to gain access to my keys behind several other customers who had also been waiting over an hour. This significantly cut into my rental time and caused me to be charged a late fee.
