The person forgot that I was coming to pick up equipment! I was left waiting for over 1/2 hr while I was paying people by the hour, who were waiting @ my house to load truck. Not acceptable & unprofessional. She was nice, but nice doesn’t cut it when people are on the clock! I am preparing a letter to the CEO Joe Schoen regarding the rental of this truck & the one I rented last week & demanding refunds on being over charged for fuel! I don’t have time to go into full details now, but I will NEVER use Uhaul again! Not ever!! 2 very horrible experiences back-to-back! The owner’s a billionaire! No excuse for what I’ve been put through with these 2 rentals!

LATOYA ETruck was not ready as promised, but upon arriving the staff worked with me to finalize my rental. I was required to go to a different location for my moving pads, which were all reserved in advance. My initial pickup location was changed from my preferred location, which was open earlier and had more staff, and the office of the new location wasn't open in time to meet my agreed-upon pickup time.
WILLIAM BService was excellent
CURTIS PI returned it after hours. They billed me $50 for cleaning sand in the truck that was there when I received it out of state.
