The location looks very old and appears abandoned.
Jose PBasically an auto shop that has space for a couple of UHaul rentals in the parking lot. No walk-through of the equipment to verify condition, basically we did a slightly assisted self-pickup here. The one thing it has going for it is that it is right off the interstate. But it was the closest location (and still an hour away) that we could get a 10' truck.
Donna KI cannot believe you have the audacity to charge me for a daily rental for this trailer that had no operating taillights or brake lights. I wasted a whole day at another UHaul dealership trying to get them to work. I had to spend over $500 renting a truck instead. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.
Moses WMake sure that pick up times are not so vague and make sure customers have what they need before hitting the road. Ask them if they have everything they paid for because they may forget.
