The key drop off box had a slit that was too small for the key. I had to really force the key into the box.

The place was a mess, wasn’t even sure I was in the right place except for the uhaul's parked out front. The guy didn’t seem to care about anything and when I told him all the problems with the truck he didn’t even seem bothered
Bruce Varrived at 5:10 for drop-off. Sign says they are open until 5:30... but no one around and doors are locked. Had to use the mobile app to check in the truck.
jay mBuilding was a bit rundown and quite cluttered. I had tried to get the $25 coverage on the trailer off, but was unable to on the website. The assistant did not confirm the charges, just said the total was $95. I wanted to only pay the $65 fee for trailer rent. Overall, 65 would have been a good value, 95 was a hit higher than I wanted to pay.
