Cleanliness of the building was horrible. The man was very rude as when I arrived he stated, “What do you want?” Would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I spent 45 minutes searching the best pick up spot based off of facility opening time only to have it changed on me the day before we were to pick up the truck. This action sent me into a panic as we were wanting the truck an hour before the place was scheduled to open. I immediately called A Plus Auto and the gentleman was very helpful and changed my reservation to on line/self pick up. The self pick up and self drop off is a slick process but has MANY steps to it. Took awhile to figure out the lock boxes at the pick up site.
Carol OThe key drop off box had a slit that was too small for the key. I had to really force the key into the box.

Bruce Varrived at 5:10 for drop-off. Sign says they are open until 5:30... but no one around and doors are locked. Had to use the mobile app to check in the truck.
