Most of these ratings should be "n/a." I tried calling the listed phone number several times and could not get the call to go through. I even did an internet search to ensure I had the correct number, and it is the number listed on the contract and online. I arrived at the location before their advertised closing time, but no one was there. The instructions said to drop the rental contract in the drop box, and the drop box was not secure and was held together with a piece of wire. There were numerous U-Haul vehicles and trailers at the location, so I figured I was in the right place. I dropped off the trailer, took a bunch of pictures, left my contract in the not-very-secure drop box, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best!

In and out very helpful
Richard PThis has nothing to do with the place of picking up or dropping off. But I needed the truck for an extra 3 days and I was told it would be $60 a day totaling around $120. And then I get charged $950. I would have definitely made a different decision if I was given the correct information on what it would cost. I'm not one to call in and be rude but I did call in to get clarification and they said it was correct. I informed them nicely that I was misinformed on the cost and there was no offer or anything to help out. So a U-Haul overall cost me nearly $2,000 which seems insane. Would have been nice to have been given correct information from corporate U-Haul.
