arrived at 5:10 for drop-off. Sign says they are open until 5:30... but no one around and doors are locked. Had to use the mobile app to check in the truck.

Building was a bit rundown and quite cluttered. I had tried to get the $25 coverage on the trailer off, but was unable to on the website. The assistant did not confirm the charges, just said the total was $95. I wanted to only pay the $65 fee for trailer rent. Overall, 65 would have been a good value, 95 was a hit higher than I wanted to pay.

Yongseon CMost of these ratings should be "n/a." I tried calling the listed phone number several times and could not get the call to go through. I even did an internet search to ensure I had the correct number, and it is the number listed on the contract and online. I arrived at the location before their advertised closing time, but no one was there. The instructions said to drop the rental contract in the drop box, and the drop box was not secure and was held together with a piece of wire. There were numerous U-Haul vehicles and trailers at the location, so I figured I was in the right place. I dropped off the trailer, took a bunch of pictures, left my contract in the not-very-secure drop box, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best!
