I requested and made a reservation for a 5x8 enclosed trailer two weeks prior to needing it in Marshall, MN. To be picked up 06/06/2026. on June 4th I receive a text message I would need to pick up a trailer in Flandreau, SD, miles away. The Marshall location said they never received any information or a trailer to accommodate my request. After more than an hour on phone calls, the best uhaul could come up with was a trailer in Slayton, MN. This was a 70 mile round trip to pick up and my time and gas involved in picking this up! I WILL NEVER use Uhaul again, and I well share my disgusting story with everyone I know regarding your dysfunctional company!
