I put more gas back into the truck, then it had when I took it from the lot. And I got charged for it !!!!!! I won't go back to rent from them ever again. And I'm going on Google and tell people about my experience to. Good luck u-haul. Assholes.

The location itself was excellent. The employees were great. But the truck itself was not well mantained. During my travel time, it began to rain and we were getting wet inside the cab. Water was coming in through the back side of the roof and the inside of the windshield. There was so much water coming i through the windshield i couldnt see outside anymore. Had to stop and took lo get to get to my destination. Im sure my comment wont make a difference but hope someone reads it and fixes the issue with the truck i rented. Thanks

I was told by customer service that they were there waiting for me but didn't open until 10:00 on Sunday. Had trouble finding the location never did see the company name. Had to call customer service back to get help checking the vehicle in.

Biggest issue with this place was they are running 6-8 other businesses. So, both times I went in there was no on actually there. I had to call the owner to have someone show up. And the owner doesn't answer as “Uhaul”. So it's confusing who you are talking to. This part is to Uhaul directly. On my drive down, I saw 3 separate Uhaul trailers with blown tires on the side of the road. The paint on ours was worn off. The quality of the trailers Uhaul is renting is questionable and I will not be using the service again.

Daniel at the Lion's Den was a very nice person, dealing with him was great. But due to a nation wide technology issue it took over 1.75 hours to process my rental. Your company should have a paper contract backup plan. Also the truck I was given had engine issues. The engine was miss firing on at least three cylinders causing major mileage issues. Over all not a good experience.

I ordered a furniture dolly yet was given a hand dolly. I was very disappointed in this since I did not need a hand dolly as I already had one. Since I was picking up before the store opened their was no one who could have righted this wrong. I was still charged $7 for being provided the wrong equipment. If you want to better improve for the next customer, read their order thoroughly and double check you're giving the customer what they asked for. Not a good business practice in my opinion.
