We rented a Toy Hauler trailer from Best of Janesville Uhaul to p/u a Polaris Slingshot. The UHaul computer system was very slow that day due to network issues beyond the control of Uhaul. Regardless, Best of Janesville went well out of their way to get the order thru the system. The equipment was first rate, did everything we needed it to do and we had a very pleasant experience. Uhaul and Best of Janesville are highly recommended for the equipment, pricing, and really great customer service. We will definitely be using Uhaul and Best of Janesville again.

Avoy PComputer system was down (widespread) when I attempted to rent the day prior to rentaing. Not sure that can be improved as I don’t know the cause.
