The person who helped me through the process this time was so friendly and helpful. She really made this the best experience for me, I don't remember her name but she was amazing. Will definitely use this location again if I need another uhaul.

The web app wouldn't let me upload a picture (no button showed) so I followed the instructions but the location didn't check my rental in until Monday (returned Friday) and kept trying to charge my card each day. This was a frustrating experience.
