Pleasant check-in. Online system screwed up my order so I wasn’t supposed to pick up here. Had to drive to this location to get the truck and bring to original location which resulted in no net benefit to me as I had to spend extra time and money to drive to this location with no compensation even though I had booked several week at advance and uhaul had the requested truck in the yard when I asked if I could just swap.

had a fantastic experience with this U-Haul location. The team was professional, friendly, and helpful. I was very satisfied with their service, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a truck rental!” But the whole booking process was absolutely a disaster as they change my pickup location by 50 km just a day befor puckup, One way out for same day pick up and same day drop off but on my bill the drop off say i droped off next day!!
