The ladies at the front did not even look at me when I walked in to drop the U-Haul off. Had to kind of stand there and finally said hello for them to acknowledge me. Just didn’t feel very welcoming.

Vanessa JLocation was fine and the staff there were very nice! But that was about the only good part. Mobile pickup experience was terrible and took forever (why can’t you verify my identity BEFORE the pickup so that I don’t have to wait 25 minutes while my truck reservation time is running out??), van was dirty when I picked it up.
