I had a great experience at this location. Customer service representative who assisted me was very thorough and cordial.
Vanessa JLocation was fine and the staff there were very nice! But that was about the only good part. Mobile pickup experience was terrible and took forever (why can’t you verify my identity BEFORE the pickup so that I don’t have to wait 25 minutes while my truck reservation time is running out??), van was dirty when I picked it up.
Grace GMargie was the best , and she made sure I was well taken care of in my move Day. Thank you
GLENDA GUpon my arrival, 2 other customers were waiting for assistance, what was admirable is that the property manager took her time with each person. Customer care is expected—however, this lady was thorough caring and spoke to each customer by looking at them, valuing their questions and concerns with “thoroughness.” So much so, that as soon as I was driving away I told my passenger that FINALLY our stressful moving STRESS had been alleviated. I was calmer than I had been in two days because “the move” had brought horrors of UNKIND businesses. I took a deep breath and said, “Thank you,” to this UHaul site for making my business seem appreciated.
