CHRISTOPHER DQuestion 2: "Was the equipment well maintained" gets a No for a visibly aged and possibly unsafe trailer (i'm not an expert but if the hidden parts are as un-refurbished as the exterior, there could be hidden problems). If this was my trailer, ai would either retire it or send it to the shop for a gut and refit. Had no problem with the location itself other than it was cluttered with junk disabled cars that keeps it from being an A, or B score. If the owner would consider moving the row of dead cars and trucks from the Uhaul area over to the junkyard side (adjacent to the office) the lot would be roomier for trailer maneuvering.
