Thank you, great customer service.

I think the 4 x 8 trailer was made in the 1950's---time to retire it.

The hooks for the chassis chains were broken.

Had a good experience although I think 0.99$ a mile is a little ridiculous (luckily we only went about 5 miles)

It seemed to me that I was an incovenience to the gentlemen behind the desk. He 1st told me that it would be a few minutes before he could help me..I said that was fine, Thank You...after about 5 minutes he said..Let me see your paper work to get you started because "I will be awhile" He took my papers and then told me to put the trailer by the others...I asked "Will someone meet there?" He said "Why do you need help" I told him "I helped the guy (at the pick-up store) put it on the hitch" He said "will try it and if you need help I will see if I can get someone" Well I did get it off the hitch (by myself) and it was very heavy (especially since I am 66 yrs old) I went back in the store to get the paperwork..he asked "Do you need help"...I said "No I managed"....He said "Yeah those things are heavy huh...even a big guy like me needs help with those 6x12's" btw he never checked the trailer for damage or anything else
