Have the vehicle that the renter requested and you said would be there. I lost 1/2 day that time and because they could not give me the right truck, I have to rent another this weekend.

The after hours return procedure was cumbersome and unreliable and difficult to find. It would not work with chrome on an android and was very slow with firefox. Needs work. Needed much work before UHaul started charging a $20 penalty for after hours return.

Using my phone to pick up the equipment was a nightmare. It took eight (8) tries to get my DL photos to process, and when I found previously unreported damage the app would not let me upload (or even take) a photo. I will still use uhaul, but I will NEVER use the mobile app again. I would much rather wait in line than lose my mind over technology.

I was charged for 3 gallons of gas (after putting in gas), but only drove 10 miles. The miles to gas used ratio is off. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged and there is nothing I can do about it.

My preferred pickup location was changed the day before my pickup window (40 miles further) which caused great stress, change in movers availability window, had to load car transport without assistance since already connected to 26' truck and pickup location operation hours closed before loading of truck complete. When a customer books and confirms a pickup location, other factors are also in place. To overbook the equipment causing a last minute change is very stressful to the customer and makes uhaul look unreliable

Make sure every store or drop off caries cash because I needed the deposit back today to get food for my family and now we won't be getting any food today because I am waiting on a check
