I know I showed up at opening (7am) but Eric (Manager) was not friendly or welcoming AT ALL! I have used this location numerous times and it seems like everyone on his team is friendly except him? What's up Eric? I know you work extremely hard and are dedicated. You don't have to smile but how about just a few words like "I'll be with you in just a couple minutes, have to get the computer going" or something like that? I still rated you above average and this was my only negative. He walked me thru the instructions, contract, gas filling, etc. -was excellent.

The only complaint I have is We had to wait over 30/40 minutes in line to pick up our truck, the location did not have enough staff to hand small problems with other customers. But over-all It was a good experience, very convenient and good price.

When we arrived there was a line and it was a lot longer by time we made it to the customer service desk. The employees were extremely professional, quick, courteous, and friendly. They gave every customer personal attention and got them on the road, or handled their turn in, very quickly. Very impressed with the people working at this location - as well as the orderliness of the vehicles on the lot and the merchandise in the store.

The service rep at 2161 Hewatt rd. (Quanisha) was great. We had an unexpected upgrade. We really appreciated the service.



Advanced reservation was not honored. Even after getting customer service involved the day before the rental, upon arrival at the location the reserved truck was not available. Resulted in taking a smaller truck which caused huge inconvenience in loading all the furniture. Advanced reservations should be honored.

They double charged me and when I called customer service they said we had a hitch installed and that’s what I was double charged which was completely wrong. We had an issue because this location said they couldn’t find my reservation which caused them to charge me twice I am outraged I have been trying to get this resolved since 9 am and it’s now 2 pm with no resolutions.

Under different circumstances, I’d give a higher rating but we had several issues. Although I made a reservation, I received a phone call the afternoon before pick up telling me that no trucks were available. Eventually I received a call saying a truck was available for pick up and we had it from 7:30-11:30 am. We were using the self serve app so we arrived on time for pick up at 7:30 am. Worked through the process and received the code to retrieve the key from the lockbox. The code did not work. No one answered the phone at the number provided. I called several numbers and no one could help. After waiting an hour and forty minutes, an employee arrived at 8:40. Nine o’clock is their opening time. I asked her if she could please help us get the key and she said “No. I don’t start work until 9.” I asked again. Explaining that we’d been there over an hour and a half and she walked past us, let herself in store and locked the door. At 8:50, another employee walked by. I explained the situation. He stopped, made eye contact, listened and said, “ I’ll be right with you.” He came out within two minutes and unlocked box and gave us the key. He apologized and was very kind. I explained that we only had the truck until 11:30 but we were behind schedule. He promised to check schedule and call if he could extend our time. Truck was fine. Clean and ran fine. Nice employee called and said that we could have truck for extra hour but not for four hours because truck was reserved at 12:30 for someone else. We got everything done and returned truck in time. If all the employees were as helpful as the young man, we’d give this location another chance, but the combination of all the issues was too much. Rating two stars because of nice fella and truck, but we won’t use this location again.

Need more experienced help at the registers. It took forever for the person to figure out how to work the computer. It took an hour and a half just to reserve a truck and buy some boxes. Person at the register had to ask a co-worker endless questions how to do things. Hire some more people. Two people running the register and the yard during a busy time of year is not enough. People at the register should stay there, not run back and forth to the yard. Get some hand radios to communicate and put some yard guys out there to get the equipment ready. Place needs to run more efficiently as a team.
