Eric Coward was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated it.



Lost story short- The manager, Eric, wanted to charge $50-$100 extra to my card because there was a reservation for the truck we had. We made a reservation as well. He claimed he was inconveniencing the other customer, like I wasn't one as well. And I pointed out the fact that he had 20 other trucks on the lot that he could have put the customer in, he didn't have an explanation. Let me point out a fun fact, I used to be a U-Haul dealer, so I know how it works. We debated back and forth for a good 5 minutes in the store in front of other customers, very unprofessional might I add. In conclusion, I won't be using them anymore nor would I recommend anyone to this location. You see, I have a big book of clients because I sell insurance and people value my professional opinion. And one last thing Eric, God does not like ugly and your attitude, demeanor and behavior was VERY Godless. Have a better day and attitude!

I was informed that due to the air in the tank the gas would take longer to show the correct amount when inputting gas. I ended up spending 58.00- 21gallons. I spoke with the manager when I returned it and after his explanation it was like no big deal. The cost of the gas came up to just as much as the rental. I know next time. Don't go by the gauge you will send a ton. Wait a bit to get an accurate reading for gas. I got the truck on half and they got a full truck free of charge on there account no credit to the customer. Lessoned learned.

Tried to return the truck using my iPhone but the software had some problems with the location even though the location on my iPhone settings was on. I had to return over the phone. So software must be fixed.

Great job done by staff



After standing in line for at least 30 to 40 minutes, the UHaul rep helped the person standing behind my daughter and me (possibly because he was Caucasian). Either way I was very annoyed with having to wait so long and then the rep went outside and checked the mileage on that person's truck before mine and settled his bill although I had clearly been waiting for a lengthy amount of time.
