The people are most friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out was fast too. Excellent customer service. The only cons were that the windshield was dirty and affected visibility when the sun was directly on it. Also, the driver's-side mirror could not be adjusted. Overall, an excellent experience and the truck ran great!

Had two gas issues and received poor customer service

Need lockbox for key so when you use cell phone to pick up truck you don't have to go inside to get key from employee. That defeats the purpose of using cell phone to pick up truck. EVERYTHING should be contactless!


Truck was in bad shape. Could barely pull off and unable to accelerate to 45 mph. Passenger side door was hanging off the hinge. The heat didn't work. The lady who checked me out had the worst attitude ever, acted as if we were bothering her by being there. Called road side assistance to have someone check the truck, they gave a 2 hour ETA and showed up 3.5 hours later and I explained to the roadside assistance guy that we couldn't just sit and wait for anyone that long. Ended up having to put almost $40 worth of gas back in the truck for a 15 mile ride due to it not driving properly and consuming excessively way to much because we couldn't accelerate even with a truck with no load.

Woman behind counter canceled my brother's 26 ft truck reservation and refused to rent to him after a disagreement around paperwork that he filled out online. I went in and rented a truck. Was told there was nothing larger than a 10ft truck. There were at least 5 larger trucks onsite and remained onsite for the 24 hrs i had my rental. We had to make multiple trips using the 10 ft rather than the 26ft originally reserved causing our costs to be significantly higher. Woman behind the counter was also rude to me as well for my rental.

The truck was leaking hence some of my furniture got soiled. Also the truck I got needs repair it was laboring to drive


Excellent experience. The truck was rented at last minute because another UHaul location were I had a reservation only had a raggedy 26ft truck available that wasn't fit to operate. I hated that I had to travel so far out of my way but it ended-up being worth it. The truck was like brand new. It handled like a dream. And, the customer service was excellent.

The guy that assisted me was great. The issue is that I was told I had a reservation at 9:00 a.m and when I arrived at store I was told there were none available. I called back and was told one would be available at 4:00. We needed it so it worked out. We returned the truck Sunday evening. On Monday I called to see if everything checked out okay. I was told yes and that contract was closed. Later that afternoon I received a call that the dolly was missing. It was not. My husband assured me he returned it. Later I called back and was told there was a mix up with the type of Dolly we revived. It was a stressful experience for me.

Customer Service was poor. Did not have one of the items on my web order and just got a shoulder shrug, they did not have any. I HAVE NEVER RENTED A UHAUL WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GET AN APPLIANCE TRUNK!! Well will not be a problem in the future.


Contract was not explained properly charged extra $20 for after hour service


I had problems turning the ignition there was no help I had to figure it out myself not very friendly
