Truck was in horrible running condition. Crazy, because it only had 23,000 miles on it. I was supposed to have 2 dollies and 2 furniture movers. Didn't have any of it. After a 40 minute wait on the phone, we were told we could drive 30 minutes out of our way to get the missing equipment. Nope. Why wasn't there any communication about the missing equipment? Worst experience renting anything EVER!

David F.Admittedly I am not familiar with the location where I dropped off / returned the U-Haul. It was dark and looked to be in somewhat of a shady area. We saw a drug deal go down during the drop off so if you are returning equipment there bring a couple of people with you...especially at night. That's the only way I would recommend this location.
