U-Haul only gave us half the moving blankets we ordered. We had to notify them once we dropped the truck off because it was too late to go back and get more for the move. The person assessing the truck at drop off could not refund us the $5 charge for the blankets we never received. This is nonsense. The other alternative was to stand in line for 35 minutes behind 12 people. On top of that, out Moving Help order cannot be reviewed, so we cannot get our $5.95 deposit back despite the website saying that we could.

Every employee was so wonderful from start to finish. Wendy had helped me at check in and she was very pleasant and happy to be there. I loved the advance check in feature! If more folks used it, the wait for pick up would not have been long. I waited 15 minutes, but it was well worth it. Your prices are more than fair and the van I got was so clean and brand new.

Storage place is on main road, which Prohibitts trucks or buses on it. This is opening a hurt for tickets. They're should be a disclaimer sign outside or disclosed with Uhaul rep. To warn your customers. I don't want a ticket while moving my stuff? Just an observation for your customers. Not a complaint! Thank you again, dennis feijoo

I have rented very clean, low mileage cargo vans on two occasions in the past week from this location. I am satisfied with each of these rentals; however, on the rental that I picked up on Saturday May 14, there was a delay of a day after I returned the cargo van until I received an email receipt of the charges. These charges were what I expected and entirely acceptable --I only mention this in case your company was not aware of this delay. On my most recent cargo van rental (picked up Friday May 20 and dropped off in the overnight of May 20/May 21), I have just now received an email stating that my email receipt is attached (which it is not) and providing the link to this survey. Again, this is not a big problem, but in the past the email receipt and the link to the survey were conveyed in two separate emails In case your company is trying something new, please be aware that the email receipt that should contain the charges fro my most recent rental was NOT included in your most recent email (I will look again just to make sure). Please send me an email receipt of the charges for my most recent cargo van rental (picked up Friday May 20).

The gentleman who helped us get our truck said "yeah, this is why you should have a friend with a truck" when he was going over the charges. I thought this comment was incredibly insensitive especially considering the total cost for our short trip was 2.5x the advertised price of $19.99 with all of the fees. Obviously we wouldn't be spending $55 on one trip if we had any other choice.

-Maybe post a sign that has an area for parking that is not dedicated to propane...big parking area, very confusing for non-propane customers. -Improve people skills. I arrived having entered in my own data/info before arrival... here's an idea-read it- before asking me questions about my rental. For instance "we're you supposed to pick up this morning?" Answer "no, I'm actually 20 minutes early." Basic customer service is undervalued but appreciated.

The unit we first requested was 4x6x8 but the unit we got didn't have those measurements. In the end, we needed a larger unit anyway to hold all of my son's furnishings. Please make sure to market what the actual measurements are. Thanks.

Fulfill the customer's request. This is NOT my location of preference. I chose a place 6 blocks from where I was staying to pick up a trailer only to find out... via a phone call that I had to drive 50 minutes one way to pick up the trailer I reserved. This caused another 2.5 hours of time when I had budgeted only 30 minutes for pick up. This may cause me to look into other rental facilities as this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

My trailer was not available at the pickup location & time as promised in the text sent from U-haul. I had to drive an additional 40 minutes to a different location for the trailer, and customer service at this location was poor, I felt as though I was an unwelcome interruption.

I tried to return the truck after hours and the total charges were twice as expensive as it should have been. I had a weekly rental, but the app tried to charge me for each day and 0.89/ mile. I had to keep the truck and return it the next morning. Very inconvenient.
