I would have rated this location higher but the return experience was really poor. The person who took in my return did not say a single thing to me. He just took and inspected the vehicle while I was standing there. Then he drove off to park the vehicle and walked off. I was trying to get a printed receipt for the rental from him but he was nowhere to be found. I had to get help from another employee to get a printed receipt and explanation of the costs. Aside from this one individual, everyone else at this location has been very helpful. I would not recommend this location if that individual is still there and continue to provide poor customer service.

There are 3 things you could have done to make the experience better: 1. Handed me $6 million; 2. Given me some 85% organic semi-sweet chocolate and, 3. Assured me everything was going to be OKAY! But, in the absence of said events, I have to say that it was, indeed, an easy and secure transaction.

The van was clean but the back was completely wet. So all the items that’s e placed on there got wet. You need to find another what of cleaning your vans but not handing them out wet.

I was charged for something I requested not to have (SafeMode insurance) and it was not taken off the my bill after I requested. This is clearly stated as an optional fee, which i refused, but was still charged.

The young woman working at the front desk is very, very competent but seems to be impatient. Just please remind her, that while she may know all the answers and has rented a thousand trucks, each customer is new and may have questions they’d like to ask.

When i take the truck, the manager is very helpful and polite, is very nice, but when I return the truck the people working there is not respect for the customer, someone talking the phone w somebody else joking and not respect for the customer, another one trying flirting w my friend, I’m not happy w customer service, the people need know how working serious w the customer

Tight fit for navigating with a trailer. Personnel on phone said dont drop off during non-business hours, but online gave instructions to do just that.

I completely understand having a policy where you cancel the reservation if it's not picked up in an hour, please understand that there are many ways you can do better at communicating this to your customers ahead of time. I also think adding a phone call would help. The man I dealt with also needs some serious empathy customer service re-training. He made no effort to show me he understood what I was trying to communicate then just got super sarcastic after to the point where I said out loud that it felt like he was mocking me

The computers located in this U-Haul location need to be updated. I feel bad for the employees imputing customer in information in these archaic sytems

I had a tire on my trailer that was missing a chunk of rubber. I made it fine, just wanted you to know! The customer service was great! Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!

I would like to recommend that the person giving the equipment stays with the customer for checking damages, miles. In my specific case, because it was my first time driving Uhaul van, could be helpful just ask the customer if all is ok or indicate simple thing as where is the unlock for emergency brake, side for fuel etc.

As I said earlier the locations are great. Not having a truck where it was supposed to be and then having to travel to get the last truck was not great. The problem was all from the Uhaul office side, not the locations.
