Amelia G | Overall ExperienceCommunications could be a little better. We emptied our unit and went into the office to close out our account. We were told we needed to back to our unit to take a picture of the empty unit and one of the door with no lock. That should be written somewhere at the elevator or on the unit door. The elevator is at one end of the building and the office is at the other. Then to the 4th floor to walk almost the length of the building to get to our unit. Also when the main elevator is not available & customers have to use the freight elevator, access to the freight elevator needs to be available. Several times an employee has left the freight elevator door open & the it won’t move when button is pressed. Had to go to the office for the fright elevator and told no customers can’t be in here, and there was so much crap in front of the elevator we couldn’t get to it.
