JAYSON ZPicked up the truck none of the extras were in the truck, 2 dollies, 1 furniture dolly, and blankets. The trucks headlights were very dim and pointing way up in the sky not on the road. Whe. I raised my concerns and asked to make sure I received a refund for the extra items the sooke location said to talk to the drop off location and the drop off location told me to talk to the sooke location what an absolute joke no one took any responsibility or even tried to sort out the issue
