Picked up the truck none of the extras were in the truck, 2 dollies, 1 furniture dolly, and blankets. The trucks headlights were very dim and pointing way up in the sky not on the road. Whe. I raised my concerns and asked to make sure I received a refund for the extra items the sooke location said to talk to the drop off location and the drop off location told me to talk to the sooke location what an absolute joke no one took any responsibility or even tried to sort out the issue

The truck had mold all through out the cab, all over the cup holder, seat belt and on the sides of the seat. We traveled from BC to Alberta and the tires were almost bald. It was dangerous to rent that truck to anyone.

PAIGE GPicked up car trailer. Everything looked like it good working order, clean trailer. BUT…. When I loaded my car onto trailer, back left trailer tire completely FLAT! Did not notice until on route to ferry boat with zero time to get serviced. Made call to U-HAUL HELP NUMBER! And without any resolve I was told to go to service station on my time, and then call to have someone come service the tire. This was not doable. When I arrived at BC Ferry’s I was able to get them to fill the tire to see how much it would hold and for how long…. It appears when a new tire was installed onto the trailer, no one filled the tire with air. This lack of attention to details caused me great stress and was totally avoidable.
