As a review for UHaul as a company, I would love it if winter tires were an option for these trucks in the winter. I would have paid a premium to have winter tires on the truck to go up north.
PAIGE GPicked up car trailer. Everything looked like it good working order, clean trailer. BUT…. When I loaded my car onto trailer, back left trailer tire completely FLAT! Did not notice until on route to ferry boat with zero time to get serviced. Made call to U-HAUL HELP NUMBER! And without any resolve I was told to go to service station on my time, and then call to have someone come service the tire. This was not doable. When I arrived at BC Ferry’s I was able to get them to fill the tire to see how much it would hold and for how long…. It appears when a new tire was installed onto the trailer, no one filled the tire with air. This lack of attention to details caused me great stress and was totally avoidable.
