Picked up car trailer. Everything looked like it good working order, clean trailer. BUT…. When I loaded my car onto trailer, back left trailer tire completely FLAT! Did not notice until on route to ferry boat with zero time to get serviced. Made call to U-HAUL HELP NUMBER! And without any resolve I was told to go to service station on my time, and then call to have someone come service the tire. This was not doable. When I arrived at BC Ferry’s I was able to get them to fill the tire to see how much it would hold and for how long…. It appears when a new tire was installed onto the trailer, no one filled the tire with air. This lack of attention to details caused me great stress and was totally avoidable.

Was charged for CDW even though we declined that - I hope you’ll correct that for me

TIMOTHY CSee above...I am extremely irritated as it wasted a full day of messing around.
WILLIAM PDriver’s window doesn’t close all the way, so seat got wet. The tank wasn’t full, I was told to return it to the same level it was at when I picked it up - how am I supposed to know how much gas to put it back to 3/4 full? I’ve never picked up a rental car or truck that wasn’t full. I have to rent a truck on Sunday again and requested a full tank, but the person on the phone said they don’t do that? I will rent here again because the location is ideal, but the gas thing is both inconvenient and annoying
