Made an online reservation for an after business hours pick up through the app. Tried to pick up and it instructed me to call an 800 number. An awesome uHaul representative was kind enough to find me another location to pick a truck up from because the rental was not set up for me to pick it up after hours. What could have been disastrous ended up being a minor inconvenience. Thank you for all your help!!
