This location was very hard to find! Had a very hard time finding a way into the place, as GPS and Maps couldn’t locate the way into the drop off. The saving grace was that Gina, the employee, was kind and thoughtful. There did not appear to actually be an office there. She was outside in the snow working.
ROBERT FDid not chose Smart Move insurance when booking rental, yet, was charged the extra $15. Not pleased with that.
