The drop off location was closed on Sunday. There were very few places to leave the trailer. There were no instructions on how to unhook the trailer. I watched the video online, but my trailer was different and it took awhile to figure it out. The guy who hooked it up in Parma should have explained how to take it off, or you should update videos online to encompass every type of trailer you have
