The drop off location was closed when I arrived to drop the vehicle off. But the on-site instructions (key drop-off) were clear and easy to execute. Just as I was finishing the drop-off procedure with the app, the office opened up and the customer service person offered to help... but it was not needed. The whole process is well laid out and easy to execute and economical as well. Would definately use U-Haul again!
