This location was picked because U-Haul overbook. Less then 12 hour before pickup the traffic department called and said I was second in line. To me this overbooking and at the time nothing was available for out of town moves. One hour and 45 minutes before original pickup Uhaul got a truck close by my original choice. Before confirming online you have a reservation available make sure it’s available

KATRINA SThe equipment needs regular routine maintenance. The truck shakes really bad when the speed reached 50 miles on interstate. The online booking system website kept go down unable to reach page , freezing in the middle of processing. Couldn’t verify reservation for picking up the truck as well drop off process . Thank God I was able to reach customer service on phone or i would’ve had to go elsewhere to rent a truck.
