The equipment needs regular routine maintenance. The truck shakes really bad when the speed reached 50 miles on interstate. The online booking system website kept go down unable to reach page , freezing in the middle of processing. Couldn’t verify reservation for picking up the truck as well drop off process . Thank God I was able to reach customer service on phone or i would’ve had to go elsewhere to rent a truck.

David GRight rear tire was low. The representative said not to worry about it and just drive it anyway. I ordered a 2 wheel dolly and it was not available at check in. I was told to drive across town to another location to get the dolly.
