If you don’t remember your email login password, you are basically screwed when it comes to returning the vehicle. There needs to be a password established for the uhaul app alone!

Thitiporn WPick up, use and drop off was great! No issues with rental. Would recommend this location.
Sharon RI had a reservation for 7:30 am. I Arrived at the location and was told that the store wouldn’t have any staff available. Unable to get my reservation I had to call the local district manager. They found another vehicle for me and I had to get a taxi to the other u-hail location because I was dropped off at my original pickup location. I had to shift my appointments back 2 hours costing me 300 dollars. Overall a frustrating experience.
