catherine oI appreciate Tyrone he went above and beyond what was needed to do, by accommodating ALL my special needs and most of all he was very patient by answering ALL my questions and concerns. If I need to rent an uHual again I would be willing to go through this location again.

EBONY JAbsolutely terrible customer service . I was supposed to pick up in florissant and the day before I was told I had to go to another location . Nobody was able to help me and I was told over the phone by management that nothing could be done and that if I didn't like it I could cancel. This was very upsetting because it put alot of stress on an already stressful situation. I will never go to uhaul for anything ever again.and everyone I spoke with was very rude ...
