Truck did not have 1/4 tank of gas as promised. Was originally charged for over 200 miles because miles were not recorded correctly by store. Actual mileage was less than 50. Store agreed to adjust bill to bring it in line with actual miles driven.

Make sure the costumers double check everything on the paper work to what the readings on the truck are. And make sure the drop off location knows the customer is dropping the rental off there.

I came to pick up the truck to find the passenger side windshield wiper broken. I was supposed to be charged a flat fee and then was charged extra when I brought the van back. Very dissatisfied overall and will use another rental company the next time I need a van to haul anything. Had to return van to another location and that's where the extra charges were added to my account after being told I was being charged a flat fee. Very bad business practices.

Truck had just over a quarter tank of gas. I wants a bigger truck and was told there was one available 2 blocks from this location. I was told just go there and it was ready. Went there and it was not there or ready. Had to go back to the original place and get the smaller truck I reserved which was the only thing I cld reserve with a time,etc. Uhaul website was not user friendly and the online Check in wasn't working. Just a bad over all experience renting from Uhaul

I ended up damaging my own vehicle due to the parking lot is small and there were two people parked in the drive way and would not move, so I had trouble getting out and backed into a pole.



Having someone who is more comprehensive and available. When I went to return my truck the doors were locked and it was only 5:15.

I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 9am. I got there at 8:50 and no one was there yet. I waited 20 minutes until an employee showed up. The truck was not ready - if an employee showed up 30 minutes before open to prepare for any 9am pickups, this would not have happened. I ended up with a van, smaller than I had planned, as the truck keys were lost by the previous user and the only other truck was due back for another customer that afternoon. Also, nowhere to part my car which was not advertised until I got to the location - I had to pick someone up across town to drive my car elsewhere to avoid being towed. Unhappy with my experience.

have someone who knows what they are doing hookup the trailer the chains were so loose that they drug the ground and eventually wore out and snapped off leaving my vehicle unsafe I asked the girl who hooked it up if she had someone to handle it and she said yes and then promptly did it herself I question both her skills and her judgment which jeopardizes my and my daughters safety

Not enough office help after 11 am.



I rented a storage unit and when I got there I realized they had U Hauls there. I had already set up a drop off location, but to make it easier for me, Ricky, made a few calls and I was able to drop off at the same location as my storage unit. Very convenient and saved me a lot of time and gas. Tina and Ricky were awesome!

The cab needed a little cleaning but other than that it was great.



All the staff here, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly. This is our second truck return to this location.



I would never recommend UHaul to anyone again. They made our experience a nightmare. Even the supervisor when we called was so snooty. She gave me the name of her boss, Eric, who never returned my calls. We were told to return the truck to a particular drop off location and upon arrival, we had to take it elsewhere as that assigned location didn't have the space to store the two truck, two trailers, and a car loader. That in itself was crazy, too. The woman at the second location was understanding and apologized as this is "not the first time UHaul has done that!"

The mileage rate is ridiculous. I understand uhaul needs to make a profit but I felt like I could have rented a truck somewhere else for cheaper. I regret not using my discount at enterprise to use their pickup instead. I would've had unlimited mileage and more time with the truck, and would have spent less than I did with uhaul. It would've also been helpful if the trucks seated at least 3 people. I had to settle with taking one person because the truck was only a two sweater. Definitely not a bang for your buck.



The entrance is poorly set up. When we went to drop of the truck there was three u haul trucks parked in three of the five spaces. Then another u haul truck blocking the gated entrance. One of the five spaces was a handicap and the other had private vehicle. All while people were trying to enter the storage units. We tried to ask were to park and was ignored until we parked in a place they didn't want us to be in. Then they rudely told us to park in handicap while we didn't have a tag for handicap. Just to rude them paying way too much. I later found out that Budget Truck would have been $70.00 less than we paid u haul. Pricey lesson to learn.



The equipment and personnel were fine. I felt the charges and rules were unfair and not customer friendly. I was in a hurry and did not have time to compare other options prior to renting. I will not use U-Haul in the future.



Might be a good idea to see if the customer is familiar with controls (lights, wipers, radio) and type of gas to be used. Also to help them adjust outside mirrors to insure they have clear views before setting out in a big truck with limited visability.

Make your Insurance options clear for coverage of the Truck should there be an accident. Ordering online with the $14.00 coverage indicated cost of truck replacement was covered. When I picked up the truck I was told and sold a more expensive insurance package at $28.00 because the cheaper plan did not cover the cost of truck replacement. I was not going to argue because I wanted the cost of the Truck replacement to be covered should anything happen. Does the cheaper plan cover the truck or not? Why bother ordering online when I am told different at pick up.

As I entered the office, I had to approach and greet the receptionist to be acknowledged (there were 2 of them sitting on their desks with snacks on their tables), she was not rude, but she did not seem excited about her job. It took her awhile to check me in when I already electronically checked in the internet. She asked me the same questions I entered in the "expedited check-in process" also took my credit card again. I felt that she was slooow...she even picked up the phone when it rang and enteratined the other customer before finishing up my transaction. Overall it took 15 mins to check in. Not long but when you don't feel welcome, you see snacks and chewing while being entertained by both ladies and you see slow typing then it feels like you've been there forever. I just wish they are trained proper customer care just like the other UHaul where I returned the truck where he came out to greet me, and seemed like he was sincerely enjoying his job!
