RHETT WThe truck was on E when I got it had to refuel. And I returned it at the claimed quarter of a tank. I dont know why I was still charged for fuel

Christina RFor starters, nobody put the trailer on my jeep. I had to do it myself which is absurd. As if that wasn't bad enough, the trailer was tongue into a parking spot and nobody was around to assist in pushing/pulling it out of its parking spot. I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to position the trailer in a way that would allow me to wiggle my jeep into position. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and unsure if I will EVER rent from uhaul again in the future after this.
