My wife and I were left on the side of the road for HOURS before someone came to tow the truck. we kept calling to be picked up and for help from Uhaul, but it took about 5 hours please be prompt arriving at the scene.

customer service is very bad they take to much time even when we check in online location is crazy stupid to get in and out and they want us the customer to do most of the job like take of the trailer and park it. next time i use u-haul service i'm going to a real location were they do thing right. at this location there was to much attitude it was awful.

*I waited for about 20 minutes outside the store at 3:30 in the afternoon because the rental office was lock. Although the sign says to call the 775-358-7550 number for assistance if the door was lock, I heard it from the glass door that it was the office phone that was ringing. and of course nobody answers it because no body was there. WTH? *There was only Christian the store manager helping all 4 customers. I was the 3rd one (which was another 15 minutes wait) *The truck smelled like urine

my pick location was changed to this one not knowing they were only open about 90 minutes with no key drop. I hired 2 movers from the web site who called me but failed to show. Despite all of that I made the move, got gas and arrived 11 minutes late as the rental agent was leaving. She saw me drive up and still took off. Had to return the key

I asked to drop it off in Tracy, CA and I was told that would be okay. When we received the e-mail, it stated we had to drop it off in Lathrop which was a couple of cities over. That was not acceptable, as I live in Tracy.

Too much wait time. The service person did the as well as could be expected with having to deal with the storage co. & rental at the same time. I was told to return the unit at 9am next day, arrived at 8:45a to find your not even open until 10a.

Overall uhaul was a horrible experience. I ordered and reserved a 20' truck 2 weeks a head of time and was only given a 15' which meant I had to make 2 trips of 60 miles each way. I also had to pay for the moving help for about 3 extra hours of nearly $300. Had I had the 20' truck I would have only had to make one trip which would have been much less gas, and much less cost in the moving helpers. I feel uhaul really owes me compensation as I did reserve the truck 2 weeks in advance.

This was not the location we had made reservation for, spoke to the location 2 times where we were suppose to pick up the uhaul, even changed the reservation from same place drop off to one way, when we got to the uhaul on Virginia St, we waited in line for 45 minutes, we had a 9;30 pickup, got there at 9:15, got to the desk at 10:05, was told that they had changed our reservation, never bothered to call or text or even send an email, left there at 10:00, after the manager told me they can change reservations anytime, but I feel like we should have been notified. Because they moved our reservation to a store that did not allow one way, we incurred many more miles than we otherwise would have. We have used Uhaul, between myself and my son, 4 times in the last year and half, and I understand you are the biggest place in town, however, if this is the way you treat your customers, I will have to look else where in the future, having to spend way more than we had planned at no fault of our own is unexceptable. My son and I both used you to do one way moves at over $600 each and then another 1 way at $300 and then this last one on Sunday the 25th. Your customers are your business and you should never ever treat them the way my husband and I where treated.

I reserved my U-Haul online and entered all info including credit card info and I also did the express online check-in a half an hour before the pick up time. However, once I arrived the manager basically made me start all over asking me for all the info I had already submitted for my reservation including the credit card info. On top of this I had reserved a furniture dolly and then only after the manager brought the truck around did he even mention that they didn't have one. Needless to say the service I received was sub-par, the manager was short with me anytime I said anything, and I didn't even get everything I was promised. Never using this location again.

Worked very cooperatively with my returning the truck about 45 minutes past the 24 hr time, but while the office was still open, without charging additionally.

Truck did not have 1/4 tank of gas as promised. Was originally charged for over 200 miles because miles were not recorded correctly by store. Actual mileage was less than 50. Store agreed to adjust bill to bring it in line with actual miles driven.

Make sure the costumers double check everything on the paper work to what the readings on the truck are. And make sure the drop off location knows the customer is dropping the rental off there.
