For starters, nobody put the trailer on my jeep. I had to do it myself which is absurd. As if that wasn't bad enough, the trailer was tongue into a parking spot and nobody was around to assist in pushing/pulling it out of its parking spot. I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to position the trailer in a way that would allow me to wiggle my jeep into position. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with uhaul and unsure if I will EVER rent from uhaul again in the future after this.

Kim KThe customer service people were overwhelmed with people when I arrived but were efficient and polite and kind as they worked with each customer in turn. They went above and beyond to make sure my rental was correct and when I returned the next day with the truck the same people remembered me!
Nancy HEverything was off from the moment we arrived. The man helping us took us to a 26 ft truck (we rented a 15ft). He seemed to have no clue of any of our reservation information. Once we left the property, the check engine light turned on. We immediately pulled over and called the pick up location and he said "someone else said that". After spending 30 minutes on the phone with roadside assistance, we were told to drive on and a mechanic would meet us at our house. The mechanic told us the gas tank had no lid because someone had siphoned gas out of it. This whole issue set our move back a day which was incredibly inconvenient. Don't go to this location.
