Everything was off from the moment we arrived. The man helping us took us to a 26 ft truck (we rented a 15ft). He seemed to have no clue of any of our reservation information. Once we left the property, the check engine light turned on. We immediately pulled over and called the pick up location and he said "someone else said that". After spending 30 minutes on the phone with roadside assistance, we were told to drive on and a mechanic would meet us at our house. The mechanic told us the gas tank had no lid because someone had siphoned gas out of it. This whole issue set our move back a day which was incredibly inconvenient. Don't go to this location.
