I called and reserved a trailer to haul a harley davidson trike motorcycle. I explained exactly what i needed to the person i spoke with, and they stated that their 6x12 trailer would work just fine. when i picked up the trailer i expressed my doubts that the opening was wide enough to get the trike through. they said it was 59 inches wide and as the trike is 55 inches there should be no problem, so i took the trailer. when i tried to load my trike i discovered there was no way it was going to fit. I called the u haul shop and explained the situation, then returned the trailer and asked if they had a trailer that would work. they did not. when i asked for a refund they said no, as i had taken the trailer off property. You people misrepresented your product, and then stole my hard earned money. I will never do business with you again, as i now firmly believe you are both dishonest in your dealings as well as greedy beyond belief.

Dawn NPick up was smooth. Reason for the no on well maintained is that we ended up with 2 tires needing to fixed and also had a taillight it working.
