Dropped off the trailer and they said that they were not expecting me until tomorrow. After unhitching the trailer, I asked for a refund and they then said that all Uhaul will say is thank you for your rental ! End of story.....I am not at all happy with your rip off company ! David Herdt

Lori SOld trailer. Door latch did not really function properly, needed to be assisted to close correctly. And the weather seal on the door was missing some pieces, leaked water in a thunderstorm. Will pay more attention to details next time and request a better newer trailer. This one should have been retired by now. That said, it did travel and pull well, tires/wheels in balance.
