Randy FWas not the pick up location I booked online. Location was changed the day before my move
Jennifer SIt would be nice to have a vehicle walk-through. Walk around the vehicle, give the renter some "pointers" as well as show them how to adjust mirrors and such. Assure the renter that the vehicle has been inspected (all lights working, etc, ) and fluids have all been topped off. Would be nice also to offer some accessories on site such as locks, blankets, tie-downs. The process was smooth but not any enthusiasm.
