I rented a truck online and was given a rate of 19.95 per day. I was called and offered an upgrade to a 15 foot truck at no additional charge. That call came the day before as I was also told to e size I wanted was no longer available and was bumped up size wise. When I went to pick up the truck, to be accommodating, I changed my order to bring the truck back to the original location. I did this because while discussing the rental, I felt badly that the owner would be left without a truck on his lot. I got my receipt today. It was over $150. The charge for the truck was now 29.95 per day. I also had something called a safe charge. For about 20. No idea what it is. This is what I know. My original bill was about $115. I get a free upgrade, a new location, and do someone a favor, and now my bill is well over $150. It stinks.

Josue LThis location provided exceptional service however UHAUL as a rental truck company has lost my future business. My original reservation was booked at a total amount of around 63.00 once I was billed UHAUL charged me over 81.00 because rental insurance was fraudulently added to my rental agreement by a reservations specialist that updated the pickup time on my reservation. I am extremely dissatisfied with UHAUL and will never rent from them again.
