It is kind of ridiculous that the trailers don't have jacks to keep the tongue off the ground. The busness had to have someone with a scissor jack and drill help us to hook the trailer up. We could not remove the trailer easily to use the vehicle and thank goodness I had someone else with me to help unhook it as the business was closed for drop off and I would have never been able to lift the trailer off the hitch myself.
