I recently rented a U-Haul from Compass Storage on County Line in Spring Hill, and had a disappointing experience. I returned the truck with a full tank of gas, yet they still overcharged me for the rental. It felt like they were trying to squeeze extra money out of me for no reason. Communication with the staff was also lacking; they didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I expected a straightforward rental process, but this was anything but that. I wouldn’t recommend Compass Storage for U-Haul rentals. There are better options out there that value customer service and transparency.
