We were moved to this location to pick up the trailer. Originally, we were set to pick up the trailer at 7:00AM at a closer location to us. Then we had to move to a location 30 minutes away that did not open until 10:00AM. However, even though it said it opened at 10, the store location did not open and no one was there until almost 11:00AM. This messed up our entire schedule for the day and put several things behind.

Christopher SI was pretty flexible on the equipment I needed. The location i originally ordered from had the same equipment I needed. I understand that the equipment is sublet to local businesses. I think the communication between the company and local rental representatives should be better. My overall service was excellent but could have been much simpler. Even putting information in online didn't save time. Still had to produce all information at pickup. Could be more stream line. Still a loyal customer hopefully this is positive feedback.
