Greg PEfficient pick up and drop off.Clear guidelines when van was obtained. The vehicle was easy to drive even for an old lady! The cost was very reasonable.

Arend BStaff was helpful and courteous and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. The check out process was problematic due to technology difficulties but the attendant did his best to make it work and indicated there would be a follow-up email to close out the process. He certainly did his best to make it work!
