When i rented the truck i opted for a basic ten mile limit because i only needed an actual 4 miles of use . The store is literally .3 miles from me and .3 miles back to the storage which is at the same facility . I made my trips and traveled 4.8 actual miles . I watched the odometer on the truck flip one mile for every eighth of a mile and at tbe time of turn in read 10 miles of use . Had i gone over i would have been charged . When i picked uo gbe truck it had just under 1/4 tank . When i took it back i stopped and put one gallon in and it went up to over 1/4 tank because i had only go e 4 miles lol. I dont think tbat tbe rep knew about tbe issue but i did show him the discrepancy and he was kind enough to listen and adjusted my bill . They are honest at that site and i highly recommend them . However . I would advise being proactive and map your rout and distance and be mindful and pay attention to whats going on or you may wind up with a rathe steep bill in the end😊

DANA Epick up was fine except pick up location had to be changed but the price being lowered and additional free miles was sufficient to cover the changed pick up location.

Greg FIn my rental agreement I did on-line a week ahead of time, I asked for 3 dozen packing blankets and a furniture dolly along with the truck. When I go pick up the truck they had no blankets or a dolly. Their suggestion was to go to Home Depot and buy them. I also scheduled to have 2 guys help move through them and they never showed up. U-Haul is not dependable.
