Make sure vehicles are well maintained. Ants were inside of the driver and passenger compartment of the truck when I first went to pick it up. The customer service rep apoloigized and then gave me some bug spray and a paper towel to go clean it up. Also, the wiper blades on the windshield wipers were dull and the windows were dirty making it difficult to see when driving in the rain.

your customer phone service is terrible I was on hold for greater than 20 min for two seperate occasions. The online return process did not work on the website or the app. overall the vehicle was great everything else was not

My bank account was charged a total of three different times, which In turn bounced all of my bills for the last week. So this uhaul that was supposed to only cost $73 dollars has ended up costing me more than $300 after all the fees from my bank are said and done. I picked up the truck and the interior was filthy. I couldn’t let my child even ride in the truck with me it was that gross. And when I made the reservation, I selected a certain location, showed up there, and was told that they haven’t had an uhaul trucks in weeks. I had to travel another six miles out of my way to pick up the truck, and even though I selected that I wanted to return the truck in Spring, I had to return it to where I picked it up from or else I was going to be charged more. I will NEVER rent a truck from uhaul EVER AGAIN!!! EVER!!!!!

NO ONE let us know this is not where we’d be picking up our trailer even though this is the location we reserved it for. It took us half an hour to even talk to anyone because there was a line, and when it was our turn we were told our trailer wasn’t there. After a lengthy wait to speak to someone at Uhaul customer service to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for returning the trailer to this location since we didn’t want to drive all the way back across town to drop it off, we THOUGHT we were in the clear. Lo and behold the next day, I had a charge on my account for twice as much as I should have been charged. I called istorage to find out why, and the woman, Kelly, told me that she had charged me for TWO DAYS because she didn’t put in the computer that I had returned it before noon EVEN THOUGH THE TRAILER WAS THERE WHEN SHE GOT THERE THAT MORNING BECAUSE WE HAD RETUENED IT AT 7 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND I HAD EVEN TALKED FO HER ABOUT IT THAT MORNING. So once again I am on hold (going on 20 minutes now) trying to speak to uhaul customer service to get refunded for her mistake. Thanks FOR NOTHING, Kelly.

The Uhaul was supposed to be ready at 9 a.m. and it wasn't. We payed for the 24/7 service where we just show up and pick up the Uhaul. Unfortunately it didn't work out that way, we waited for one hour just for the lady to show up. The keys were not in the Uhaul so we couldn't do anything. The lady shows up and she doesn't even acknowledge us and we are waiting infront of the door! I go in and tell her that we are there to pick up the Uhaul and that the app is not working. She simple says that the person before us didn't turn in the Uhaul the proper way. So we waited and she just gave us the keys without saying anything. I assumed that that was it because we were supposed to use the app. I take the Uhaul put gas in it because the tank wasn't even half full! I get home and start loading the truck and then 15 mins into it I get a phone call form the lady at Istorage stating that "I didn't sign the contract and we had to go back and sign or the Uhaul would be considered STOLEN!! what?? why would you give me the keys and not mention the contract??? did she forget?? I went back and signed the contract, yes I wasted time and more gas to drive to the Istorage place and sign the contract. After I sign it she says that I don't have to bring the Uhaul back until the next morning (I guess that was nice but we has wasted so much time already). NOW 3 months later they charge 45$$ I call them and they tell me that its because I went over 30 miles and that the contract stated that if I go over 30 miles I would get charged. Who rents a 17' Uhaul and only drives 30 miles? I drove 49 miles total and they charge extra that just wrong but my problem is that the limit of 30 miles is NOT on the contract. SO I want a refund... hope Uhaul will understand and give me a refund not only for 45 dollars but 50 extra dollars for all the time and gas I spent (I actually left more gas on the tank than what I got it with!)

The location was good but the overall customer service from Uhaul is a terrible. I reserved a truck it wasn't there. had to drive almost 20 miles away for another truck since we arranged movers that day. A credit was suppose to be given immediately to my card for the lack of customer service. It still has not been issued 4 days laster and I have now been on hold via chat for over an hour and on the phone for 45 minutes. I will never use Uhaul again.

Trailer I wanted wasn’t there on pick up day, they sent me to another location then I returned it here and they DOUBLE charged me!!! No one told me I had to take back to other place, this is where I rented from!!! NEVER USE THEM!! Lady was rude also!!

I did a after hours drop off, the fuel was brought back to the level I had received it but was still charged extra $20.00 fuel This is ridiculous, I have rented with u haul a lot but will be taking my business elsewhere I do not like being charged for service not rendered

Fill up the tanks of gas instead of only filling half way. My concern was that I didn't know the mileage per gal on the truck so I filled it up before driving to fill the back.. Long story short, it only used a quarter of a tank and U-Haul reaps the rewards.

Ridiculous that they rent you a truck with less than a 1/4 tank fuel. 89 miles till empty when picked up. Took 19 minutes inside (I was the only customer) and a phone call to 1-800 uhaul to process paperwork even after doing the pre-registeriin online. Typical uhaul.
