I have rented U-Haul trucks and vans many times in the past from a different location. I have never rented a truck that was so dirty and that air conditioner was not working. I will never rent from this location again although the gas attendant at the store was very kind and helpful.

Rodolfo GThe gentleman welcomed me outside as I filled up on gas. The main issue I had wasn’t with this location but the customer support over the phone. My auto tow was supposed to be a drop off here and it was changed and I wasn’t notified until I got to the location. It had to be changed and updated which wasn’t this locations fault but U-Haul should do a better job at notifying so customers don’t drive an extra 25 miles roundtrip and gas is expensive!
Felicia GClean the vehicle cabin and loading area. So the next customer doesn’t have to clean up someone else’s mess. And make sure it’s annotated that certain items (moving covers) aren’t gonna be in the vehicle, and the dolly tab seal is already removed.
