I was very dissatisfied with u-haul overall. The location was not the problem. The issue was I reserve3d my truck at a location in Springdale and was informed via email I would have a different pickup location which was not a fulll service unadulterated store. All this was done electronically with no way for me to communicate back to anyone. this was terrible customer experience. Not the locations fault but the fault of unadulterated corporate and scheduling.

One of the 4 tires were VERY low on air. No big deal because I checked them all before I towed it for 4 hours, but if I hadn't checked......People in the store were very helpful. Quick pick up and drop off.

Very poor experience. Trash and rotten food left in cab, trash left in back and not swept clean. Windows and mirrors so dirty I had to stop immediately and clean.

I made rental reservations well in advance of when I would need the equipment...and there are 3 U-Haul places listed for Siloam Springs...yet when it came time to pick up my U-Haul, I was told that it was in Tontitown, not Siloam Springs. Needless to say, I was less than happy about having to travel the extra distance to pick up the truck as it took valuable time from a day that was already busy with packing, etc.

U-haul customer service, not the location, needs to work on their service. I had three phone calls that said my equipment was in three different locations the day of pickup.



We reserved a 6'x12' cargo trailer 3/7/16 to use 3/12/16, so a full five days in advance. Got the confirmation information, had also rented a couple dollies. My husband went to pick it up at our scheduled time and they said our trailer was UNAVAILABLE. They claimed their internet service doesn't work very well, even though they admitted they could SEE the reservation we had made. They literally had no clue what was going on, they ended up giving my husband a smaller trailer, which he had to jump through various hoops to attain. He was there for about an HOUR, taking away from our short moving window! Ridiculous!!! They also gave him no discount for all this trouble and shortcomings on their part, they just reduced the price to the SMALL trailer they were able to provide. It was a TERRIBLE U-Haul experience, and we would recommend anyone we know to NOT USE this location.

I am not pleased with the service I received this time whatsoever. Your agent has charged me 3 times for this service which has effected my bank account. Every time the problem is attempted to be resolved, I get charged again. I'm about fed up with this. This service has been a total inconvenience and headache for me. My patience has drawn to an end.



One tire on the trailer was 20 lbs low on air. Make sure all tires are properly inflated.



The guy that checked out the trailer was nice enough, but did not even offer to help hook up the trailer, check the connections, or even see if my car had the proper hitch. I have pulled many trailers, so I knew what I was doing, but he didn't know that. Maybe because it was pouring rain when I picked up and he didn't want to get wet.

First truck had an indicator light on and told the lady that the check engine light was on. She said just drive it. I got back in the truck and realized the light was actually the oil light. She said she didn't know what to do except to switch trucks. After switching trucks, we started to move the pads over. The truck hauling area was 'very' dirty. I asked her if she had a broom. She didn't appear happy, but she got the broom and swept most of the filth our. Customers should be able to pickup a truck that has had the basics, like oil, taken care of ahead of the pickup time. Customers should expect a clean hauling area.
