I had to wait about 15 minutes once I got there for them to find/locate the key for the u-haul. I reserved and paid for an appliance dolly to go with my u-haul, but they didn't have one so I had to go to a different location to get the dolly and pay for it again.

No help when dropping off trailer, so I just left it in parking lot. Not very helpful at all. I had to unhook trailer my self.
