GAIL WI was not informed this is a drop and go location. The website showed they were closed on Monday, my scheduled delivery date. A man phoned me saying my delivery was late and if I neededto rent an additional day he needed to know. That was the moment I was informed the location was a drop and go. He spoke to me like I should have known that information.
