The first time I got a U-Haul here I scheduled it for 8am pick up and the key wasn't in the lock box, I had to wait till they opened to get the key cuz they forgot to put the key in. I was super pissed. This time I had issues with the app but not the location. Tho I did schedule for a different location and it told me I had to do this one and not the one I wanted
