I feel the truck I checked out isn’t up too date. I wasn’t able to easily roll down the window and I couldn’t change the direction of the side mirrors, I felt like it was unsafe to drive. That’s my only 2 complaints

This experience was good, but the previous time I went in to change a reservation. An agent named Jessica was too eager to assist the customers behind me. I came in to change my reservation as well as see a storage unit. I told Jessica she could assist the people who walked in five or so minutes after me once she changed my reservation. Jessica wrote down the original confirmation number on an newspaper advertisement and said "okay" and looked behind me to help the other people. I asked for the new confirmation number Jessica said I don't need a confirmation because they will use my last name. I felt like it wasn't done, but moved aside anyway. Jessica helped the customers that came in after me, but seemed to have forgotten about showing me the storage unit. I reminded her. She and I walked to the storage building (very slowly because Jessica seemed dazed and disoriented. No different from what she had displayed the entire time). When we FINALLY got to the storage unit, Jessica claimed she had forgotten the keys. Well, I wasn't going to wait for her to retrieve them. At the pace she was going, it would take another 5-10 minutes. I told her it was okay. I would see a unit when I returned to pick up the truck. Well, I didn't return once I checked my e-mail. Jessica didn't entered the change to my reservation when I was before her at approximately 10:15 a.m. (I arrived on time, but Jessica was helping another customer when I got there a little before 10:00 a.m.) The fact that she actually completed my request would have been okay had she gotten the information right. She didn't. I told her a pick-up time of 11:30 a.m. However, she made it for 11:00 a.m. I made no change to the truck size, which was 10 ft on the original reservation. Jessica changed it to a 15 ft. I was annoyed and rented elsewhere. This time was different. Although the attendant wasn't warm or particularly friendly, he did the job accurately and timely.

I had set up for mobil pick up. When I got to the location to pick up my truck I was very unhappy with the mobil experience. When I set up the rental I had to scan in my driver license, then when I was at the pick up location I had to do it again. Then when I got to the find my truck part, it had assigned me to a truck that was not ready for pick up. I found an employee and they said that truck had just been returned and was not even cleaned yet. This program does not work well at all!!!!!!

I was trying to replenish the gas in tank. I put in about $10 thinking that should be enough to move needle over a 16th. When I did so, needle did not move. I waited a few minutes, turned truck on and off. Nothing. Then I added more thinking that the tank might be exceptionally large $16. This time it jumped to full. Wasn’t gradual.

The ramp for this height truck is too short. It makes the incline very steep to pull items up the ramp. Remove the pads and dolly from the back. They take up space I need to use. They are not an area for you to upsale items with a strap that I can’t remove unless I pay for them

Location charged me for a rental of equipment I never rented. I called to inform the staff of this mistake, and was told the Manager would contact me on 09/12/18. No one contacted me. Today 09/13/18 I called & talked to the same rep, and was told again management would contact me. No one called me. I never authorized this payment to come out of my account. We will have a real problem if I do not receive a refund by 09/14/18.

I did not enjoy my service paid for because the manager said I went 40 miles which in fact I did not go 40miles because I did not live far from the storage I chosen so I’m disputing the charges I will never use UHal again

You guys used to be a nightmare to rent from. Needed an arm and leg with your 1st born kid and birth certificate to get a rental and take 3 hours to get all paperwork done. And don’t let me leave out your book that says “a 1ton Cummins diesel was not approved to pull a fiat 500 on our trailer”....... I was shocked to be in and out in 15 min on rent and 10 min on returning. Everyone I ever tt would never look forward to renting from you. The way you have it now, I cannot see anyone have bad experience. Maybe the assholes who are born to complain, but you can’t satisfy them anyway. I was impressed with your changes since my last experience. Thank you MJ Herman

The only issue was no one had checked inside the trailer. Someone had left a hand cart inside. Not a big deal. We turned it in in Texas at the drop off point.
