Gentlemen kept saying they couldn't help me because they just take the keys. I had to call another UHaul location for help and that location was a big help. The interaction was stressful and took a long time.
Linda S.I booked a rental in Urbana Champaign and the rental pick up location was in Springfield. I was told about this change a night before the rental and this disrupted all of my plans. This was so frustrating. It doesn't make sense that I had to travel to another city to get my Uhaul truck. Also, the UHaul truck was located in a grocery store parking lot and not in a UHaul location. I am never using UHAUL ever again.
