Ron, who I dealt with is great, 5 stars. The person I dealt with who actually runs this franchise, but is not present, rated 1 star since you do not allow zero. I had to call him to jump through hoops to get the truck. He never gave a name, he did not have the rolling trolley I had requested, we made the dolly work. He sent texts well after I left AZ telling me to take pictures of the front and back of truck before leaving. I called one number to reach him so sent the odometer picture to that number but when the contract didn't close by 6:00, called him again. Apparently the (847) number I called bounced to a (773) number. He acted as if I was an idiot and told me to read off the mileage so I did. Surprised to get this already, actually.

Aamani KBroken side mirror made for dangerous lane changes! Pickup office was closed at 10:30 am even though they are supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Worst truck rental in 25 + years. This Uhaul location should be closed in my opinion.
Robert TWhile the representative was cordial and it went fine, the truck itself was a real piece of work. With its 159K+ miles it shouldn't be on the road any longer. Nothing especially good nor bad about the experience. Just MEH.
Steve DIt seemed odd to use an auxiliary site that isn't an official U-Haul station. But it worked out fine. Drop box for the keys. I couldn't report the miles driven myself (no one around) but the official tally was accurate in my final bill.
