Broken side mirror made for dangerous lane changes! Pickup office was closed at 10:30 am even though they are supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Worst truck rental in 25 + years. This Uhaul location should be closed in my opinion.
Robert TWhile the representative was cordial and it went fine, the truck itself was a real piece of work. With its 159K+ miles it shouldn't be on the road any longer. Nothing especially good nor bad about the experience. Just MEH.
Steve DIt seemed odd to use an auxiliary site that isn't an official U-Haul station. But it worked out fine. Drop box for the keys. I couldn't report the miles driven myself (no one around) but the official tally was accurate in my final bill.
Robert MWhen I got to the location, the person in charge was not at the location. I had to do everything over the phone. Not a good set up. Will not go back to that location.
