Site manager at pick up was great. I had called ahead to confirm pick up and specific size truck was still available. Mick was lighthearted even though I called 3 minutes after they opened and I apologized as I mentioned he probably hadn't even had his coffee yet. Truck was up front and ready to head out by the time we got there. Was even nice to have windows down as it was a hot day which helped keep cab cooler.
